2. Material: heavy-duty solid brass for both wall union and escutcheon / flange.

 

3. Inlet is tapered 1/2 NPT female thread. Outlet is G1/2 for shower hose.

With  holder / bracket for hand shower.

Please consult your contractors or plumbers for how to install wall supply elbows.

This is a substantial, solid piece and beautifully chromed. Very pleased with the quality. Changed my basement shower from single outlet to double and added a hand shower. It is important to fix the brass nipple so it protrudes exactly 5/16 inch through the shower wall. Then the fixture can be tightened with zero gap to the wall.
What more can you ask for? It has a standard 1/2 NPT female inlet. You're going to use a 1/2" gal nipple from the drop elbow to this fixture anyway. Looks great. I paired with a hammer head shower wand. Save the cash and go with this and an off brand wand to look high end.
