Before returning your order(s), please kindly make sure:
1. Within 30 days after receipt of product(s).
2. The Product(s) is resalable. If product(s) has been installed, it is not resalable.
3. No scratch or defect (except original quality problems).
4. No missing part.
5. Products should be in original packing, means Aquaiaw brand color boxes or white/yellow boxes with Aquaiaw labels.

About return shipping cost:
1. If return is caused by quality or wrong item is sent to you, please take photos and send to: aquaiaw@aquaiaw.com

After confirmation, we will send you returning label and undertake the shipping cost.
2. If return is not caused by quality, you will undertake the shipping cost.

When you get refund:
Within 5-7 business days, after we inspect the product(s) whether is resalable.
